Thai Basil Pasta Salad


12 oz. farfalle (bow tie) pasta
6 oz. Thai basil, chopped
2 oz. parmesan cheese
1 red onion, diced
1 cup Italian dressing
½ cup Apinya Thai Basil Aji sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper


1. Cook pasta and drain.
2. In large bowl, combine the pasta, Thai basil, cheese, and red onion.
3. In separate bowl, mix the salad dressing, garlic, lemon juice, Apinya Thai Basil Aji sauce, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour dressing mix over salad and toss.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
