Being a tremendous fan of hot sauce, I can say with a degree of expertise that Apinya makes some of the best and most unique stuff out there. Unlike Sriracha, you’ve got a wide selection of flavors to pick from, thereby making it easier to pair with a huge variety of foods. I’ll eat the original with stir fry.

As far as chili sauces go, this one is pretty solid. It has lots of spice and heat. The flavor is good in that it doesn’t taste like you’re eating fire and a spice cabinet when you have some—it actually tastes good! I’d recommend this. I put it on some crackers and things like that. But I bet it’d be really good in a chili or a stew.
